This policy covers three different relationships, and treats them differently. There is this website. There is your account if your organization uses RevAIvo Voice. And there is a caller reached by, or reaching, an agent your organization has built. Each section below says which one it is about.
RevAIvo Inc., located at 895 Periwinkle Terrace, Sunnyvale, CA 94086, operates this website and the RevAIvo Voice platform. Contact: info@revaivo.com.
revaivo.com does not have a signup form and does not create an account for you. If you book a call, that booking is handled by Cal.com, a separate company, under its own privacy policy. We do not control what Cal.com collects.
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies, and does not use tracking scripts such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tools. It does not use forms, local storage, or session storage to collect visitor data. Any cookies present are limited to those your browser or our hosting provider sets automatically to load the page, and we do not read or use them to track visitors.
We collect the account information your organization gives us: names, work email addresses, phone numbers, and billing details, to run the account, provide support, and send service notices. We do not send marketing communications to account contacts; account emails are limited to service notices, support, and billing.
Here is the part people usually get wrong, so we are saying it plainly. If you called or were called by an organization that uses RevAIvo Voice, your relationship is with that organization, not with us. Their privacy policy governs how your information is used. RevAIvo processes the call on their behalf, under their instructions and their configuration, the same way a phone system or a call center vendor would.
To do that, RevAIvo Voice processes categories of information tied to the call itself:
No. RevAIvo does not use call recordings, transcripts, or structured call data — including for fields such as Healthcare or Dental — to train or fine-tune any AI model, in identifiable or de-identified form. Call data belongs to your organization; RevAIvo processes it only to deliver the service. If your organization wants call data used for analytics or any other secondary purpose, that use happens only under your organization's separate written agreement in its order form, SOW, or contract.
Retention periods for call recordings, transcripts, and structured call data are set out in your organization's order form, SOW, or contract, and may vary by plan or by your organization's own configuration.
See our Trust and security page for the current list of platform controls, including guardrails, access controls, and audit logging.
RevAIvo Voice connects to service providers to do its job. As of this draft, those include transcription (Deepgram), telephony (Twilio, and customer-provided SIP trunks), scheduling (Google Calendar, TidyCal), CRM (GoHighLevel), email (Resend), and file storage (Amazon S3). An agent can also connect to other systems and integrations your organization chooses; where that is the case, the specific subprocessors involved depend on those integrations and are covered in your order form, SOW, or contract. Our Google Calendar connection is made through the Google Workspace API. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: we do not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized (non-personalized) AI or machine learning models. We do not sell personal information. You can request an up to date list of subprocessors by emailing info@revaivo.com.
Yes. RevAIvo offers a signed Business Associate Agreement to every customer covered by HIPAA. Contact info@revaivo.com to request a template BAA.
RevAIvo serves customers in the United States and in India. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to it or its deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell personal information. If you are located in India, you have rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, including the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@revaivo.com.
This service is not directed at children under 13, and this website does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Some packaged solutions, such as Education or University, may be used in ways that reach a K-12 or student population. Where that is the case, the specific obligations that apply — including COPPA and FERPA — are addressed in that organization's individual contract and compliance terms with RevAIvo, not in this general policy.
The effective date of this policy is October 6, 2026. We will post any changes on this page and notify account contacts by email when this policy is updated.
