These terms cover revaivo.com and the RevAIvo Voice platform, referred to together as the service.
The service is operated by RevAIvo Inc., located at 895 Periwinkle Terrace, Sunnyvale, CA 94086.
RevAIvo Voice lets an organization build and run voice agents, with guardrails, transcription, and analytics through RevAIvo Pulse. The packaged solutions on this site, such as Healthcare or University, are configurations of the same platform that our team sets up for an organization, not software an organization configures alone from a blank start.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity that happens under your account. Account access and user roles are managed by your organization's own account owner. The platform includes Agency Manager and Agency Operator roles, which your organization assigns to its own users according to the permissions defined for each role. The Platform Admin role is reserved for RevAIvo and cannot be assigned to a customer user.
You are responsible for having the right to record and place the calls your agents make and take, including any consent the law requires for your callers, your state, and your industry. Several states now require telling a caller they are speaking with an AI system in certain contexts, and that obligation sits with the organization running the agent, not with RevAIvo. RevAIvo does not supply consent or disclosure scripts as part of an agent template; configuring and including any required disclosure language is your organization's own responsibility.
You may not use the service to break the law, including telemarketing, robocalling, and political calling rules such as the TCPA and applicable state disclosure requirements.
Where the service uses a third-party payment processor, you agree to that processor's own terms for the transaction. Specific billing terms, including billing cycle, invoicing, late payment, and any refund policy, are set out in the order form, statement of work (SOW), or master services agreement signed between your organization and RevAIvo, and those terms govern your account.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information. Organizations that need a signed Data Processing Addendum or a Business Associate Agreement can request one by emailing info@revaivo.com; requests are processed within 72 hours.
You own the prompts, guardrails, scripts, knowledge-base content, and other configuration your organization creates on the platform ("Customer Content"). RevAIvo owns the platform itself, including the underlying software, models, and infrastructure. You are responsible for having the rights to any Customer Content you provide or input into the platform, and you agree to indemnify RevAIvo against claims arising from Customer Content that infringes a third party's rights.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." RevAIvo disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in a signed order form, SOW, or master services agreement, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, RevAIvo's total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the fees your organization paid RevAIvo in the twelve months before the claim arose, and RevAIvo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where a signed order form, SOW, or master services agreement between your organization and RevAIvo states different liability terms, that agreement controls.
Specific notice periods and what happens to your data after termination are set out in your signed order form, SOW, or master services agreement. Absent other written terms, either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' written notice, and RevAIvo will delete or return call recordings, transcripts, and structured call data within 30 days of termination, except where we are required to retain information for a longer period by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the United States.
The effective date of these terms is October 6, 2026. We will post any changes on this page and notify account contacts by email when these terms are updated.
